4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices on our website are in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payments must be completed before orders are dispatched.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free Shipping on orders over Rs. 5000.
  • Rs. 200 shipping charge applies to orders under Rs. 2000.
  • Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days, with up to 7 working days during busy seasons or sales events.
  • Delivery will be made to the address provided during checkout. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
  • A signature is required upon delivery, and we will attempt to deliver at least twice.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You must submit your request for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and protective stickers intact.
  • Returns are accepted if the item is faulty, damaged, defective, or does not match the size ordered.

7. Return Process

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
  • A shipping fee of Rs. 400 will apply for replacement items sent back to you.
  • We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving the product. During peak periods, processing may take up to 14 working days.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Shaynari makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the products sold on the website, except where explicitly stated. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shaynari will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
